Displacement Tracking Report (DTR) in Yemen October 2022
From 01 January to 31 October 2022, the Executive Unit for IDPs monitored 8,494 households (46,623 individuals) who were displaced from 21 different governorates and they were distributed among 12 governorates.
The Executive Unit for IDPs also recorded 575 households (3,150 individuals), including 539 households (2,984 individuals) who were newly displaced and 36 households (166 individuals) were displaced for the second time between 31 – 01 October 2022.
Most of these households (56%) were displaced to Marib Governorate, and (33%) of them were displaced to Taiz, Al Hodeidah and Shabwah
Governorate, while (11%) of the households were displaced to the governorates of Abyan, Aden, Ad Dali, Al Maharah, Socotra and Lahj.
For the same period, 31 – 01 October 2022, it was also recorded that 5 households (25 individuals) left their current areas of displacement.
The Executive Unit also tracked 54 households (287 individuals) returned to their places of origin in October.
